Appointments:
As spa appointments are very popular, we ask that you arrive at the spa reception desk 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful surroundings, check-in, relax and prepare for your service.  Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.  Walk-ins welcome.  You may schedule spa appointments by calling 503.644.2800.  Spa appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellation:
We understand that sometimes you just can’t make your appointment, so please provide 24 hours notice should you need to cancel.  Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee.

Waxing:
Your esthetician will consult with you before even the shortest waxing service, whether you are new to waxing or a seasoned pro.  We regret that we are not able to perform waxing services for clients who are using Retin-A, Acutane, Renova, Differen, Tazarac or have a visible sunburn.

Facials, Massage and Body Treatments:
Undress to your level of comfort.  Please know that our staff is well trained in the art of draping so that all modesties will be observed during massage, facials and body treatments.

Special Consideration:
In order to provide a relaxing spa experience, we do not permit pets, cell phones, pagers or smoking anywhere in The Grand SalonSpa.  Guests must be at least 14 years old, and guests under 18 using the spa must be accompanied by an adult.

Miscellaneous:
Prices do not include gratuities and are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are always appreciated but not expected. The Grand SalonSpa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Personal Checks and Cash.
